I have the honor to address you officially on the subject of the despatch of business on Const. business, in the Supreme Court.
The business of that Court is transacted by a single Judge, from whose decisions there is no appeal within the Colony. It consists of Criminal and Civil procedure; and the latter may be considered as dividing itself under the two heads of Common Law and Chancery practice.
